Frequently Asked Questions for Superior DRT40ST 40" Traditional See-Through Direct Vent Natural Gas Fireplace With Electronic Ignition d11.25 Valve box assembly (FyreStarter only) You Can Also Buy
How can I ask for product information in a format I can use?
Ask about the availability of readable instructions before purchasing if they are necessary for you. Ask for the meaning of a visual symbol that is not explained in text.
What should I check when an offer emphasizes limited time or limited quantity?
Do not assume a general page banner describes every product equally. Avoid increasing your order solely because the message suggests scarcity.
What should I do if checkout changes my selected option unexpectedly?
Do not submit several orders to see which version is accepted. Contact the seller using the existing reference if an incorrect order resulted.
